EXCHANGE-POLICY

Zylish facilitates all clients to exchange their purchased articles.

For exchange of articles please contact on this number 0300-4330799 or email at info@zylish.com.pk

  • Any Article purchased can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase receipt by courier.

 

Only Exchange if:

  • The articles are faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The articles do not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually ordered.

     

  Checks before Returning:

  • If the article is not used, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and you have the original invoice with you, then you can exchange.
  •  Articles purchased on discounts/offers are not qualified for exchange.

 

Note:

  • We don’t offer cash refund instead you will be issued a coupon of the same value which you can use to buy anytime in future
  • The article is first to go into the inspection process after receiving if meeting the above criteria we offer coupon otherwise we will contact you before making a decision.

 

Returns Reasons:

  1. The product is faulty, damaged, or defective
  2. The product is incomplete (missing parts)
  3. The product is incorrect (not same as presented on the website)
  4. The product size issue of stitched articles
