- Any Article purchased can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase receipt by courier.
Only Exchange if:
- The articles are faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The articles do not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually ordered.
Checks before Returning:
- If the article is not used, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and you have the original invoice with you, then you can exchange.
- Articles purchased on discounts/offers are not qualified for exchange.
- We don’t offer cash refund instead you will be issued a coupon of the same value which you can use to buy anytime in future
- The article is first to go into the inspection process after receiving if meeting the above criteria we offer coupon otherwise we will contact you before making a decision.
